At Sainsbury's Argos he coordinated over 60 teams to deliver a fundamentally new business (clothing), programme managed the launch of digitally-ordered in-store product care, leveraged machine-learning and enabled data-driven analytics, realised microservice enabled functionality through to customer-facing digital innovation.

He pride himself on realising profitable, sustainable and rapid strategic change using tech-leveraged principles focusing on corporations becoming customer-focused vs technology restricted.
