Day 2 | 26th February

1:40 PM Lunchtime Workshop: From Bias to Action: Creating an inclusive retail workplace

Women in retail face unique challenges, from the ‘broken rung’ to unconscious biases that impact career fulfilment and progression. These biases not only affect women but also influence people from all minority and underrepresented groups, shaping hiring practices, promotions, and workplace culture.

Are you ready to uncover these barriers, challenge biases, and act? If you're attending the eTail Connect Spring event in February, join us for an interactive one-hour lunchtime workshop where we will:

  • Reveal the key challenges women in retail encounter
  •  Demystify unconscious bias
  • Facilitate an open discussion on bias in the workplace
  • Explore active allyship—practical ways to drive change

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Vicky.
