Simon has been with COOK for just under 4 years and has been working in Digital, IT and Change roles for almost 30 years. He previously worked in financial services and prior to that, for many leading retail organisations as a consultant with Accenture and Infosys. Simon is now leveraging the combination of change and IT skills to help COOK through the current period of rapid growth.
