Former Head of Digital Product, Delivery and Transformation at Clarks, Meriel joined at the beginning of May 2022 to undertake a major overhaul of the eCommerce applications and platforms and commenced a strategic Global eCommerce Transformation programme. Concurrently from the end of November 2022 she took on the global POS overhaul, development and roll out as well as moving from on prem to cloud technology and infrastructure. Prior to joining Clarks, Meriel has undertaken similar transformations on a global scale with iconic British Brands, TedBaker, Selfridges, The Post Office, Hobbs and Matches Fashion. With a passion for the customer, and a love of shopping herself, in store or online, Meriel focusses on a seamless customer experience, whilst ensuring the technology used to support such an operation is modern and fit for purpose.
