In her current role as Director of E-Commerce at Monica Vinader, she is responsible for delivering growth to their direct-to-consumer global web business through a mixture of digital and offline channels, as well as supporting the wider business and omnichannel customer journey though digital activity. Chi advocates the importance of relevant digital communications to the customer as a way to ensure stronger engagement and ultimately, sales. Prior to joining Monica Vinader, Chi worked in Marketing across various industries and businesses, on both a national and international scale.
