Are the meals included?

Yes, all refreshments and breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during the event have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times.

Is there a dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual. Speakers may want to come in business attire on the day of their session.

When will I receive my event material?

Your event handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the event (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional event material will be made available on a temporary website after the event is over. You will be provided with access details for this website at the event.

Can I sign up for Sessions on site at the venue?

All sessions are open to all delegate attendees. Yes, you may register for roundtables and mentorship programs prior to the conference, as well as on site. Your conference event coordinator will be happy to assist.

How do I download the event app?

You may download the event app once it’s live by searching for the conference in the google play store or apple store.

Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.

This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation? 
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the conference information, and on the Venue & Accommodation page. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending an IQPC conference when making your reservation.

What should I wear?
